[PATCH v6 1/2] ahci_xgene: Removing NCQ support from the APM X-Gene SoC AHCI SATA Host Controller driver.

This patch removes the NCQ support from the APM X-Gene SoC AHCI
Host Controller driver as it doesn't support it.
