Adds Spreadtrum's prefix "sprd" to vendor-prefixes file.
Adds the devicetree binding documentation for Spreadtrum's serial
and Sharkl3 SoC based on the Sharkl Platform which is the 64-bit
SoC Platform of Spreadtrum.
