Resolve the following warnings from new dtc by adding the unit address:

    DTC     arch/arm64/boot/dts/amlogic/meson-gxbb-vega-s95-pro.dtb
  Warning (unit_address_vs_reg): Node /memory has a reg or ranges property, but no unit name
    DTC     arch/arm64/boot/dts/amlogic/meson-gxbb-vega-s95-meta.dtb
