[PATCH 3/5] ARM64: dts: meson-gxl: Add Ethernet PHY LEDS pins nodes

The Amlogic Meson GXL SoCs embeds an 10/100 Ethernet PHY, this patchs adds
the Link and Activity LEDs signals pins nodes.
