Add support for NVIDIA Tegra general purpose DMA driver for
Tegra186 and Tegra194 platform.
Changes in patch v10:
* Moved config TEGRA186 above TEGRA2xx.
* Removed headers which are not required
* Moved ch_regs to dma_channel
* Updated dma_slave_config function
