Finally I understand your means. This dwc controller actually only have ONE port. All inbound transfer will go though internal bus fabric. inbound transfer -> PCIE controller -> bus fabric -> ddr/other pcie controller. If fabric allow this kinds route (I am not sure configuration for this SOC), the address must be 8x_40000000 to route to another PCIe controller. If EP itself is PCIe bridge, it may be problem. It'd better to keep 32bit range unchange. Do you need rework pull request? Or you can drop this patch.
