[PATCH v4 2/4] dt-bindings: hwmon: Add Sensirion SHT30 series

Add YAML devicetree binding schema for Sensirion SHT30 series.
Use fallback compatibles for compatible chips and add optional
interrupts and vdd-supply properties.
