There is no centralized listing for the in-use vendor prefixes
used in compatible strings and property names. This patch adds one.
New prefixes should get added to this list to reduce the likelyhood
of namespace collisions.

qcom is already used by the patches I sent out (and should be in the
soc tree). I can make a patch for that, but I guess I first need to
ask around here for what company name we should use.
