Please use '-' in comaptible strings rather than '_'.

Please also describe chip strings, even if those aren't use by the
driver, e.g.

compatible: should contain a string below for the chip, followed by
"tcg,tpm-tis-spi". Valid chip strings are:
* "atmel,at97sc3204"
