Add support for triggered buffers.

Data format is quite simple:
  distance     16 Bit
  alignment    48 Bit
  timestamp    64 Bit

what is this lock protecting? this is still racy...
data->buffer could still be overwritten here, between unlock()
and iio_push_...()
