[PATCH 3/3] drm/panel: simple: Add Displaytech DT050TFT-PTS panel

Add support for the Displaytech DT050TFT-PTS 5.0" (800x480)
color TFT LCD panel, connected over DPI.

Timings are taken from the datasheet Rev 0.0.
