s/Maintainer/maintainers/

Obviously we'll look for acks from Jesper and Lars.

Also would be good if Jesper explicitly acked the fact that his
existing "PCIE DRIVER FOR AXIS ARTPEC" entry also matches the new
pcie-artpec8.c driver:
