"git grep 'mdio.*=.*<'" gives existing 'mdio-parent-bus', 'mdio-device', 
and 'mdio-handle'. 'mdio-parent-bus' is the only one documented, but is 
for muxes. I'd go with 'mdio-device' here.

Just 'reset-gpios' is fine here as that is somewhat standard.
