Could you please share the media graph for the device ? I'd like the
output of both `media-ctl --print-dot -d /dev/media0` and
`media-ctl -p -d /dev/media0` ?

Also, have you run v4l2-compliance to test the driver ? Could you please
share the v4l2-compliance output ?
