[PATCH 4/5] dt-bindings: fsl-dma: fsl-edma: add fsl,imx8ulp-edma compatible string

Add the compatible string 'fsl,imx8ulp-edma' to support the i.MX8ulp's
eDMA, and modify the clock number.
