Fix the dtb check warnings:
sm8250-xiaomi-elish-boe.dtb: usb-vbus-regulator@1100: 'regulator-min-microamp' is a required property
sm8250-xiaomi-elish-boe.dtb: usb-vbus-regulator@1100: 'regulator-max-microamp' is a required property
