[PATCH] dt-bindings: serial: Convert altr,juart-1.0 to DT schema

[Rob Herring (Arm)]

Convert the Altera JTAG UART binding to DT schema. The "ALTR,juart-1.0"
compatible has long been deprecated, so drop it.
