[PATCH] dt-bindings: serial: Convert lantiq,asc to DT schema

[Rob Herring (Arm)]

Convert the Lantiq SoC ASC UART binding to DT schema. There are no such
clock identifier defines nor a user with clocks, so drop the example
with clocks.
