Billion Capture+ is a handset using the MSM8953 SoC released in 2017
and sold by Flipkart.
Add a device tree with initial support for:
- GPIO keys
- SDHCI (internal and external storage)
- USB Device Mode
- Regulators
- Simple framebuffer
