Add device tree bindings.

This device:
  - Is a single board travel router made by Seeed, using an rk3568;
  - Has four ethernet ports;
  - Has four USB ports;
  - Has WiFi (MediaTek MT7921e);
  - Has a real-time clock (rk809)
