Add support for additional features to the NXP PCF8263/PCF85363 RTC driver:
- Alarm2 (minute,hour,weekday)
- Timestamps recording for TS pin and Battery switch-over events
- Battery switch over detection
- Offset calibration
- Watchdog timer
