[PATCH net-next v10 2/5] net: phy: introduce PHY_INTERFACE_MODE_REVSGMII

The "reverse SGMII" protocol name is a personal invention, derived from
"reverse MII" and "reverse RMII", this means: "behave like an SGMII
PHY".
