Given I'm going to be waiting on these anyway and there are just enough
comments that I'm not overly keen on tweaking whilst applying, please
do a v9 with the last few changes from the discussion with Andy.

FWIW I took a look through and didn't find anything to comment on :)
Looks to be in a good shape to me.
