Add compatible for Hawi SoC and add pmic-arb v8.5 support.

Changes in v3:
- Updated the driver to include a "*check_chnl_status" hook function in
  "pmic_arb_ver_ops," with separate implementations for each version,
  as per Dmitry's feedback.
- Remove the Reviewed-by tag.
