Add a dedicated panel driver for the Team Source Display
TST070WSBE-196C, a 7" 1024x600 MIPI-DSI TFT LCD panel
using an EK79007AD controller.
The DSI timings were calculated using
"linux-mdss-dsi-panel-driver-generator" [1], reading the downstream
file "dsi-panel-imdt-tst070wsbe165c-video.dtsi" [2].
