It appears none ? of the review feedback from that accidental publish
has been taken on board ?
Please READ the review feedback and take action based on that feedback
either implementing what the reviewer said or not implementing it but,
in either case documenting what was and was not done and why !
This is a large body of work demanding significant effort from those
reviewing it so please respect our time and effort in this - go through
the previous comments and at the very least address them in your
submission or explain their omission in your cover letter log.
