You might want to follow get_maintainer.pl's output of recipients
of at least:

Ulf Hansson <ulf.hansson-QSEj5FYQhm4dnm+yROfE0A@public.gmane.org> (maintainer:MULTIMEDIA CARD (MMC), SECURE DIGITAL (SD) AND...)
Rob Herring <robh+dt-DgEjT+Ai2ygdnm+yROfE0A@public.gmane.org> (maintainer:OPEN FIRMWARE AND FLATTENED DEVICE TREE BINDINGS)
Mark Rutland <mark.rutland-5wv7dgnIgG8@public.gmane.org> (maintainer:OPEN FIRMWARE AND FLATTENED DEVICE TREE BINDINGS)
Heiko Stuebner <heiko-4mtYJXux2i+zQB+pC5nmwQ@public.gmane.org> (maintainer:ARM/Rockchip SoC support)
linux-mmc-u79uwXL29TY76Z2rM5mHXA@public.gmane.org (open list:MULTIMEDIA CARD (MMC), SECURE DIGITAL (SD) AND...)
devicetree-u79uwXL29TY76Z2rM5mHXA@public.gmane.org (open list:OPEN FIRMWARE AND FLATTENED DEVICE TREE BINDINGS)
linux-arm-kernel-IAPFreCvJWM7uuMidbF8XUB+6BGkLq7r@public.gmane.org (moderated list:ARM/Rockchip SoC support)
linux-rockchip-IAPFreCvJWM7uuMidbF8XUB+6BGkLq7r@public.gmane.org (open list:ARM/Rockchip SoC support)

Ulf for example may want to apply the binding.txt patch via his tree and
the dt-people or random people on the lists _may_ want to comment on
patches and not everybody is reading the linux-rockchip list :-) .

Patch itself looks good though.

Heiko
