Where is the definition of this property?

This looks wrong. You do not use proper unit suffix
(https://github.com/devicetree-org/dt-schema/blob/main/dtschema/schemas/property-units.yaml),
no vendor prefix, no type and weird maxItems like it was array. Is it
coming from any other schema?
