Use subject prefixes matching the subsystem (which you can get for
example with `git log --oneline -- DIRECTORY_OR_FILE` on the directory
your patch is touching).

Subject: drop second, redundant "bindings". Drop "yaml" (also unrelated).

Use proper imperative mode.
