The driver for the SM6350 videocc has been lying around in some branches
of my git tree for a long time, let's upstream it. It doesn't get any
better by letting it age!

Sure, I'll just send a patch as part of v2, there's no explicit
dependency of the series on it, so it can also just be NACKed and
