Would it make sense to split this patch up in 2 patches:
1) Prepare for different NPU/RKNN implementations
2) Add support for RK3576 NPU/RKNN
It seems like you're changing the implementation for RK3588 in this patch
AND add support for RK3576. It's often better to split those things out.
