Hi all:

This patchset introduce a generic PWM framework driver for Loongson family.
Each PWM has one pulse width output signal and one pulse input signal to be measured.

It can be found on Loongson-2K series cpus and Loongson LS7A bridge chips.

 - Add Reference Manual;
 - Shortcut if !pwm->state.enabled;
 - When state->enabled is true, unconditionally execute
   pwm_loongson_set_polarity() to avoid that the polarity register is
not set correctly.

   precision loss and to avoid test failures when PWM_DEBUG is enabled.

I think you can add here:

        chip->atomic = true;

As far as I can see, the driver does not do any sleeping operations
in pwm_loongson_apply(). This probably should be tested with
CONFIG_PWM_DEBUG and CONFIG_DEBUG_ATOMIC_SLEEP just to be sure.

I'm a bit confused.

With CONFIG_PWM_DEBUG and CONFIG_DEBUG_ATOMIC_SLEEP, I did some
suspend/resume tests, but there is no relevant error output, including
something like "BUG: sleeping function called from invalid context...
".

Does chip->atomic still need to be set?

That's great, that means everything is working as expected in atomic
context.

Yes, it does. This means that the function pwm_apply_atomic() can be used
with the pwm. Otherwise, this function will fail.
