This patch add imx7d adc driver support.
Changes in v3:
-move down the irq request in probe()
-remove the property 'num-channels' in dts
-remove some unused head file
-add clear register operation in imx7d_adc_isr()
Changes in V2:
-prefix defines with IMX7D_ for all the register
-use BIT macro to define a single bit
-remove the dma_en from struct adc_feature which is not support currently
-use static const array to replace the switch case code

+Freescale imx7d ADC bindings
+
+The devicetree bindings are for the ADC driver written for
+imx7d SoC.
+
+Required properties:
+- compatible: Should be "fsl,imx7d-adc"
+- reg: Offset and length of the register set for the ADC device
+- interrupts: The interrupt number for the ADC device
+- clocks: The root clock of the ADC controller
+- clock-names: Must contain "adc", matching entry in the clocks property
+- vref-supply: The regulator supply ADC reference voltage
+
+Example:
+adc1: adc@30610000 {
+ compatible = "fsl,imx7d-adc";
+ reg = <0x30610000 0x10000>;
+ interrupts = <GIC_SPI 98 IRQ_TYPE_LEVEL_HIGH>;
+ clocks = <&clks IMX7D_ADC_ROOT_CLK>;
+ clock-names = "adc";
+ vref-supply = <®_vcc_3v3_mcu>;
+};

I would call that OFFSET, SHIFT is typically used for a bit offset
within a register.

I would just define the _EN definition (along with using BIT).
Bitshifting a 0 is not really useful.

Since this function is about ADC features, I would pass in a pointer to
adc_feature. Gets rid of info-> on each line.

This does not clear bit 31 only, but all bits. You need to read into
tmp, and clear the single bit using ~IMX7D_REG_ADC_CH_CFG1_CHANNEL_EN...
What I would consider is using regmap. It would allow to use helpers
such as regmap_update_bits...

Matter of taste, but I would put the shifting logic into a define above
and use something like
IMX7D_REG_ADC_CH_CFG1_CHANNEL_SEL(x)

This looks somewhat hard to read. The parentheses around reg ar
unnecessary, also you can check for NULL using !.
if (!readval || reg % 4 || reg > IMX7D_REG_ADC_ADC_CFG)

Use colon or "err =" a bit more consistence across these error messages.
