[PATCH 9/9] docs: Add blank line after SPDX licence identifier

Sphinx emits warning

	WARNING: Explicit markup ends without a blank line; unexpected
	unindent.

This is caused by a missing line after the SPDX license identifier.

Add blank line after SPDX licence identifier.
