This kind of stuff does not belong in the changelog! Please put it
after the "---" line so that the maintainer does not have to edit it
out.

How, exactly, is this supposed to apply to a normal kernel tree?
Please, review documentation/process/submitting-patches.rst before
resubmitting this work for 7.4.
