Removing :manpage: from non-existing man pages (xyzzy(2), xyzzyat(2),
fxyzzy(3) in adding-syscalls.rst, including translations) prevent
adding link to nonexisting man pages when using manpages_url in next
commit.

FWIW, in the Linux man-pages project, we currently use bold with
proportional font for manual page references, and will soon change to
italics with proportional font.  We don't use monospace (when formatting
in PDF, of course).
