I've got the first version of patches with DDR3 support for .33 ready.
They're on my kernel.org repo (branch for-next):

git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/bp/bp.git for-next

so if you'd like to give them a try, you can now :). I'd appreciate it
if you'd let me know of any issues you might encounter.
