[PATCH] EDAC/mc: Use kzalloc_flex()

Change kzalloc + kcalloc to just kzalloc with a flexible array member.

Add __counted_by for extra runtime analysis when requested.

Move counting assignment immediately after allocation as required by
__counted_by.
