So if you convert this text into code, it would read like:

	if (!this_cpu_read(threshold_banks) && !tr->set_lvt_off)

which is equivalent to:

> +	if (!(this_cpu_read(threshold_banks) || tr->set_lvt_off))

but easier to follow, methinks.
