Hi all,

This series adapts fuse4fs to have a 1:1 mapping of ext2_ino_t to fuse_ino_t
for slightly better performance and less confusing code interpretation.

If you're going to start using this code, I strongly recommend pulling
from my git trees, which are linked below.

Comments and questions are, as always, welcome.
