Kazuya-san,

I've applied this 4-patch series to the 'next' branch of e2fsprogs.

My apologies for getting this far behind with the e4defrag patches.
I'm in the process of searching through the ext4 patchwork queue and
applying relevant patches to e2fsprogs.
