Uhu, it is really ugly codes.
I'll rewrite this as your suggestion.
Change log from v1:
o refactor codes without fd hacks.
This patch adds supporting dump_file, which can extract a file from image.
You can simply select [yes|no] when doing dump.f2fs -i [inode number] [img].
