I have compiled the radeonfb and logo code into the kernel-2.5.66. I am
able to boot the kernel into fb mode but I see no tux logo as I do in
2.4.x. Is their a boot option to view the logo?

No. Just a small bug introduced into the latest kernels. Its fixed now.
