Subject: tool to reverse engineer a windows driver ?
Date: Thu, 30 Jan 2003 09:14:08 +0100	[thread overview]
Message-ID: <20030130081408.GA1189@iliana> (raw)

Hello, ...

Do some of you know of a (preferably free) way to reverse engineer a
windows driver ? I guess a simple disasembler would do the trick, since
after all i have the docs for my chip, but it has some inaccuracies, so
i would like to know what the windows driver does.

Spying the register writes would also be ok, i guess, but more
difficult, since the stuff i need is used on mode setup.

Friendly,

Sven Luther
