You could also describe your problem in a bit more detail. The kernel atyfb driver supports most Rage Pro cards. I know because I have used it (at least in Kernel 2.4 - I can't vouch whether the driver has been ported to 2.5 yet). Is this the driver you are trying to use? Or are you using the vesafb driver?
