Who owns fbdev bugzilla records? They seem to be going to James?

I have been getting them. I know its a mess because I don't have all the
hardware alot of people complain about. We need a way to distrube the
errors to the proper people. I'm wondering if it possible to have this
mailing list receive the bugzilla reports?
