[PATCH 3/4] video: fbdev: sm712fb.c: fixed prefer unsigned int warning

Fixed several prefer 'unsigned int' over 'unsigned' warnings checked by
scripts/checkpatch.pl:
  Prefer 'unsigned int' to bare use of 'unsigned'
