For what it's worth, neofb is proving incompatible with
my Thinkpad's Neomagic NM2160 i.e Magicgraph 128XD.
It's a PCI-only part.
During boot-up the screen goes blank and never recovers.
I've got the most up-to-date BIOS in flash.
If I could find a datasheet for the NM2160 I'd take a look
at fixing it myself. I didn't find it on the neomagic
website.
