fbutils, fbtest

fbutils, fbtest

Can anybody give me pointers to archive files containing recent versions
of fbutils, fbtest, and any other programs that are easy to cross-build
and suitable for testing FB functionality?

I say "archive" files because I am denied proper CVS access by a
firewall, unfortunately. Also I notice that fbutils seems to have
disappeared from [CVS]/FBdev/utilities

Try this page.  It's maintained by Geert, but I don't know if he made
any recent updates to the utilities.

Thanks, Tony, but I've tried this already.
It refers to the missing CVS version and contains 2 old tarballs:
    * Latest version  (CVS of linux-fbdev  at SourceForge)
    * fbutils_19990802.tar.gz
    * fbutils_19990729.tar.gz
