You can try disabling the hw watchdogs via flasher.
sudo flasher --set-rd-flags=no-omap-wd,no-ext-wd,no-lifeguard-reset
This should prevent any watchdog resets.
To restore to factory settings do
sudo flasher --disable-rd-mode
